Key Responsibilities

Changes to the System:
1. Gather and track feedback from users
2. Communicate system changes to the users and answer questions on changes as needed prior to implementation
3. Manage the change request/change control process if appropriate
4. Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns and other salesforce.com objects and functions
5. Create or modify custom objects when directed
6. Handle ongoing customization/ alteration of Salesforce.com.
7. Maintain and modify workflows, functions and configurations within the Salesforce.com environment as directed
8. Respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed
9. Provide support functions as needed.
10. Provide sales and financial data to company executives as needed

Maintain System Integrity:
1. Reassign Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities in response to personnel changes
2. Grant/ remove and maintain user licenses, User Assistance, Training, Adoption and Satisfaction:
3. Provide one to one training to end users on an ongoing basis.
4. Help expand use and adoption of Salesforce attend planning meetings, assist with determining if /how Salesforce can be used in new ways as opposed to purchasing other systems
5. Use processes in Salesforce to help monitor activities, trends, sales and leads.
6. Monitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance.
7. Be a company SME on Salesforce

Process Creation, Documentation and Maintenance:
Document company processes and workflows
Develop process documentation and field maps

Data Quality, Governance, Migration and Maintenance:
Assist with migration/mapping from other systems/processes into Salesforce
Monitor neglected Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, and Contacts as appropriate.
Monitor and manage exception logs for back end system integration with SFDC
Manage duplicate records
Monitor and make recommendations to improve data quality
Ensure data integrity by merging duplicate Leads, Contacts, and Accounts
Identify unnecessary fields and data; ensure screens, fields and workflow have accurate names and reflect current workflow.
Report and Dashboard Creation and Maintenance:
Create and maintain dashboards
Create and maintain reports including folder maintenance
Build and manage report folders for reps or other user groups to improve dat integrity and efficiency

Required Skills A system administrator needs a solid understanding of the organizations business.
They must have solid Salesforce skills and a DOMO or Tableau expert and ideally understand the advanced concepts of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Most importantly they should be proactive, organized, logical and willing to pursue additional Salesforce credentialing and certification.
Must be willing to work on a nightshift
Salary: 45k
