Our Client is one of the leading MNCs in the Hospitality industry
Responsibilities:
  • Drive the conceptualization of an effective client relationship management strategy to meet organizational goals and achieve revenue targets
  • Manage, control and review bookings, license agreements and contract confirmation
  • Partnering with the Corporate Sales, Confex and the Digital team, to maximize the space allocation, revenue allocation
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with Long Term Tenants, special events organizers (concerts) and multi-years deal clients to optimize efficiency in business operations and new business growth
  • Offers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships to Long Term Tenants, special events organizers and multi-years deal clients and taking care of any of their feedbacks quickly and professionally
  • Managing the Long-Term Tenants, Long Term Tenants, special events organizers and multi-years deal clients life-cycle from contracts to renewals
  • Increase sales revenue via sales queries channel
  • Manage online sales queries by following up with these queries in accordance to SLA (includes preparing, presenting proposal and contracting with clients)
  • Champion the Sales Division objectives and business style while striving for continued improvement to drive sales effectiveness and enhanced customer satisfaction
  • Support the management of the financial performance of your team balancing financial controls, and service standards, while focusing on the delivery of exceptional sales and service
  • Report on weekly sales activities
  • Attend site visits when necessary

Requirements:
  • Degree/ Diploma in Business related qualification
  • Must have 2-4 years corporate event sales (online fulfilment in Exhibitions/Events in Hotel/Hospitality industry
  • Highly efficient in NetSuite and other evolving business intelligence systems/ platforms desired
  • Passion for sales servicing and proven track record in customer service, effective client management strategies
  • Strong sense of business acumen and operational experiences
  • Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards, practices and the services the centre can offer
  • Possesses knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions and law and ensure compliance
  • Make decisions and resolve problems quickly and effectively
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic working environment
  • A strong negotiator, ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Excellent at collaboration and team work
