You will be responsible for driving the corporate and partner sales by planning and executing sales and marketing strategies. You will identify and develop new customers to increase sales revenue, as well as administer pre-sales and post-sales services to build a strong network of contacts and prospects and maintain customer satisfaction. You will be involved in the sales operations and campaigns, and provide support and advice to ensure a seamless adoption of the solutions. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
