Job Description
Sales Manager is required by a global IT Sales company to manage 10-15 multilingual Outbound Cloud Sales Specialists and to be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the team's KPIs as well as mentoring / coaching.

Experience/Skills Desired:

• Ability to Drive Numbers and KPIs

• Ability to plan ahead

• Know how to organise people effectively

• Knows/Understands the Sales Process

• Have managed at least 5+ people. Mindset is important
