My client is a world - renowned name in the world of diagnostics devices and they are seeking applications from sales managers with strong distributor management experience to come join their team to take care of the region. This is a key role in the regional sales team and plays an important role in the distributor management in APAC with a focus on achieving sales and targets while working with multiple internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with the marketing team and come up with strategies to increase the market share and assist the distributor with promotional activities and any meetings or related seminars, workshops or conferences. You will have your finger on the pulse of the market and conduct regular research on competition, prospective clients and potential for new business opportunities and supplement that with regular forecasts. You will constantly strive to educate partners and distributors on the best use of the products, selling techniques and direction for the brand. You will have a Degree in Business or Marketing or in Life Sciences with preferably an MBA or Masters with at least 5 years of experience in sales in the IVD industry with extensive distributor management responsibilities. Preference for candidates with medical science, hematology or flow cytometry knowledge. You must have proven have proven experience managing multiple stakeholders with a general understanding of market landscape in APAC. Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
