Job Description
Operations Scope
  • Establishing and implementing internal systems and business processes 
  • Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision 
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication 
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth 
  • Delivery agreed performance within budget (performance include P&L, market share, and customer satisfaction targets) 
  • Oversee HR function, including: 
o Recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention

o Compensation and benefits administration

o Professional training and development
  • In charge of contract negotiation and legal activities: client contracts, partnership agreements, vendor contracts, and other documents 
  • Manage relationships with partners/ vendors 
  • Central control and monitoring of marketing and operations budget and maximize value creation for both central hub initiatives and local operations 
Sales/ Business Development Scope
  • Lead generation of prospective customers in Singapore 
  • Commercial negotiations with key prospects 
  • Sales target (TBD) for 2018 
  • Client relationship management and contract management 


Requirements
  • BA in Business administration or MBA 
  • 10+ years of experience in general management responsibility in the tech or logistic industry 
  • Proven track record in P&L management 
  • Expertise in defining and scaling operational processes, bother internally and with external partners 
  • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, etc 
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development 
  • Experience in fundraising is a plus 
  • Working knowledge of data analytics and performance/operations metrics 
  • Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • A structured problem solver with pragmatism and also foresight; ability to steer company operations and budget/resource allocations in a focused manner
