Job Purpose:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support sales teams with winning proposals, customer reports and insights for proactive sales communication
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process
  • Align Sales process with other departments and suggest sales process improvements
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators
  • Support Customer Experience team in customer complaints resolution management
  • Provide customer visibility to sales management to make optimal real-time decisions for the business
  • Support in organizing sales related events and activities
  • Formulate Sales Programs for sales communication and motivation and communication
  • Bachelor of Business or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or sales operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint 
  • Proficiency in ERP (Oracle) and CRM (SFDC) systems an advantage
  • Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance
  • Outcome-based and understands the impact contributing to company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with leadership capabilities
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Good command of the English Language
