Tasked with monitoring the market and consumer trends as well as the competitor activities, you will together with the sales manager come up with strategies to target specific markets and accounts. You will have a Degree/Diploma in Science/Pharma with at least 2-3 years of sales experience in a pharma, nutrition or a similar setting. You will have proven relationship building abilities with strong negotiation and communication skills. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
