Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Assist and support Sales Managers in proposal development and RFP responses to potential clients.
  • Provide sales support to new and existing customer accounts by interfacing with the customers in the areas of order processing, client onboarding, credit and billing process etc.
  • Provide quotations and support variation orders and/or new customer requirements for new and existing customer accounts
  • Internal ownership of client issues, escalating as required to supporting departments to help find resolutions
  • Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
  • Support other departments such as Marketing, Operations and Product to support sales engagement and product optimisation
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Manage internal coordination for timeline management for bids.
  • Manage all deal changes and keeps the quote and documents up to date
  • Keep CRM systems up-to-date with customer information and relevant documentation
  • Build positive rapport and relationships both internally with colleagues and externally with clients, prospects and partners.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in account management, sales support or similar role
  • Naturally able to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage issues from enquiry to resolution
  • Proven ability to be able to negotiate and provider customers with quotations
  • Knowledge of the IT and data centre infrastructure industry is a bonus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
