To support the regional IT applications with the objective of business continuity and business process efficiency (SAP/JAVA etc)
To implement SAP project as well as provide 1st and 2nd level support of SAP ERP 6.0
To ensure smooth operations of the suite of IT applications for business units
Expected to communicate with internal customers and understand business requirement correctly and translate into technical solutions
Understand SAP ERP 6.0 in ABAP and Netweaver, with knowledge in either FICO, MMSD, PPQM, BW
Required to travel frequently
Roles & Job Functions
You will provide project implementation and support on SAP modules such as ABAP & FI/CO/MM/SD/PP/QM/BW/BPC/BO
You will provide assistance in the development and provide analysis of SAP and business process problems and opportunities
You will evaluate, handle and resolve business problems concerning SAP business processes, in such a way that the problems are always registered, confirmed to the business, carried out within the expected time fram according to the agreed budget
You will design detailed business and, wherever possible, technical specifications to programming and other resources, both in house and 3rd party
You will provide analysis of SAP and business processes problems and recommend application solutions to SAP Roll out implementation
You need to apply local configuration on changing, fine tuning on SAP Settings and writing of specifications and performing programming
You will be required to travel frequently to support/communicate with users across the regions
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or equivalent

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
