You are to have a hands-on and in depth SD-MM technical knowledge of all aspects of SAP workflows – administration, configuration, design, development and customization
Strong functional skills in all areas of both SD and MM
Overall responsible for SD-MM related support for over 20+ external customers
Primary scope shall be to ensure SD-MM Service Level Agreement (SLA) is adhered to (especially P1 issue/resolution), hands-on involvement whenever necessary.
Involved in technical special projects from time to time e.g. technical upgrade, DB migration, tech refresh, EHP upgrade, OSS patching and etc.
Must have more than 3-5 years of relevant experience in SAP SD and MM (good to have HANA)
At least 2 projects of implementation in both SD & MM
Good knowledge of other module integrations
Experience in developing interfaces with other SAP systems and other 3rd party systems.
HANA knowledge will be advantage
Good analytical & problem solving skills
Good attitude and interpersonal skills.
Low frequency of traveling locally and overseas is required
Working in tight deadlines and short notice is very common
Able to start in a short notice period

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
