SAP Specialist (PP,MM,QM, SD) Responsibilities: § Support business functions in SAP modules: Production Planning & Control (PP), Material Management (MM), Quality Management (QM) and Sales & Distribution (SD). § 1st and 2nd level support, handling incidents and change requests. § Analysing and translating business requirements to technical specifications. § Providing gap analysis with business stakeholders (Singapore and Germany) to implement business process improvement initiatives. § Collaboration on projects, including documenting and testing of processes, support and conducting training. § Close contact and development co-ordination with SAP template owners. Requirements: § Diploma or degree in Computer Science or equivalent. § Minimum 3 year of experience in supporting SAP Production Planning & Control (PP), Material Management (MM) and/or Sales & Distribution (SD) modules. § Good knowledge of master data (material / price condition / customer / vendor) setup and SCM processes. § Very good experience in customer & user orientation and training. § Good knowledge of gap analysis and functional specifications preparation. § Exposure to process industry is a must and end user environment will be highly preferred. § Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written); knowledge of German language will be an advantage. § Exposure to CO modules will be of added advantage.

Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
