Responsible for managing and delivering on all analytics solutions programs assigned by the Analytics Consultants.
Performs program development based on technical specifications provided by the Analytics Consultants.
Tests and validates the applications functionality, behavior, performance, and output.
Documents the program
Provides technical support for new and existing solutions and services developed by TransUnion.
Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Must have at least 2 - 3 years experience in Quality Assurance capacity or equivalent position with an emphasis on application system testing Requires bachelor degree in Statistics or other related field such as mathematics, business, finance, economics, or equivalent. Minimum of at least 1 year related experience in programming and implementing statistical and data simulation solutions associated with analysis and modeling.

Intermediate programming skills in one or more general-purpose or statistical languages, such as SAS, R, C/C++, or Java.

Versatile interpersonal communication style. Able to communicate effectively at multiple levels within the organization, both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrated ability to meet critical time sensitive objectives.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
