Define the architecture, principles, controls and processes from several viewpoints, to support business, application, data, technology strategic analysis and decision making
Assessment of current and target states of the architecture to align with strategic or tactical objectives and to drive initiatives to close the gaps
Define a comprehensive transition plan with architectural thinking to align our mission and vision in innovative ways to deliver positive results to the business
Be a trusted architect advisor to the management team and also give direction to guide the teams in solution design and implementation. Knowledge of security trends and provide thought leadership to the business
Present roadmap architecture perspectives of application security, data security, platform security, using modern technologies and open source secure standards
Leveraging existing security policies and regulatory requirements eg: MAS technology risk management, confidentiality of customer information or cloud computing guidelines, to enhance security practices
Ensuring adherence to risk management framework including application security, and vulnerability assessment process with open source risk assessment procedures, in accordance to financial institutions’ risk appetite
Perform internal application and architecture security review of applications, data and infrastructure for both existing development procedures and agile delivery, with the new toolsets
Manages architecture review board and technology governance workgroup agenda for application, solutions and technology reviews
Create a safe and secure digital working experience for Information Management (IM) staff and hold regular TechTalks Engagements to share best of breed security practices
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
Minimum of 12 years IT experience and 5 years in Architecture, Digital Transformation and Cyber Security experience
At least 5 years in implementing architecture frameworks and checklists eg: TOGAF/Zachman
Experienced in Web, Mobile, SOA technologies: Java, ReactJS, NodeJS, Python, .NET, API, Microservices, DevOps, AWS Cloud, NoSQL databases, with Agile mindset
Familiar with Endpoint, Cloud, CASB, Web, Container, Network security, Insider’s threat, Vulnerability management and Managed detection
Proficient in handling complex technical concepts, modern tools and technologies and strong risk management understanding
Excellent in working effectively in a multi-tasking environment, ability to prioritize competing tasks
Fluency and efficiency in creating technical architecture documentation, presentations and stakeholder pitches
Clear communicator with excellent oral and written skills and experience interacting with both business and IM individuals at all levels including the executive level
Possess the personal attributes: integrity, trust and credibility, hungry for results and show perseverance. A good listener, customer oriented, strong interpersonal skills

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
