My client is a world player in the R&D and manufacturing of complex innovative products and now seek an experienced Acoustics Engineer to join them Senior Acoustics Engineer Responsibilities: Develop acoustic system design concepts to achieve product performance requirements Define, build, and characterize physical prototypes of acoustic systems Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical and Software engineering team members to design, build, and test audio product lines Work directly with engineering teams to tune and optimize system performance Clearly communicate results through informal peer reviews as well as presenting at formal design reviews Define, specify, and validate production test equipment and processes Support prototype and production system builds both on-location at the factory and remotely Troubleshoot acoustic failures and recommend design changes to prevent future occurrences Requirements Advanced degree Acoustic, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering At least 5 years of direct acoustic design experience of high performance portable audio products Knowledge of headphone and/ speaker acoustic structures and enclosure/porting design Good knowledge understanding of acoustic test and measurement systems and techniques Experience specifying requirements for acoustic component including drivers, microphones, etc. Experience developing products with Bluetooth and/or other wireless technologies is desirable Please send your resume in WORD format by clicking the apply button below or contact Abhik Damani on +65 6701 1527 for a confidential discussion. Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
