Job Description
Responsibilities

• Execute marketing activities to support direct GTM with the support from event agencies.

• Collaborate across multiple functions (eg. sales, ops, extended marketing team, vendor funding team, finance etc) and keep all key stakeholders informed and aligned to bring the field marketing plan to life

• Track and keep close monitor on lead management via SFDC and improve follow up of marketing leads.

• Timely process of purchase requisitions as well as receipt of purchase orders, loading of leads, etc upon completion of each marketing activity.

• Support in the submission of artwork to key vendor for approval and all related proof-of-execution actions that are required to be fulfilled.

• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team

• Experience in event management and program management will be added advantage

• Working knowledge of marketing technology tools such as Eloqua, Tableau & Salesforce is beneficial
