Business Function
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.  
Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support finance regulatory reporting projects and applications
  • Analyse requirements, define technical specification, design solution and perform technical/functional testing to ensure requirements are met
  • Translate technical issues, verify and explain technical/architectural complexities to project stakeholders
  • Develop specifications, diagrams and technical mapping documentations
  • Work closely with Scrum Master/Project Manager/Product Owner/business users/stakeholders on project schedule, issues and escalations
  • Work closely with development team to transforms business requirements to quality product
  • Guide/provide inputs to development and QA teams for implementation and system testing
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
  • Min. 3 years of work experience in the banking industry with hands-on experience in Finance Regulatory Reporting and Finance data warehouse
  • Good understanding of AGILE methodology and have worked in an AGILE development environment
  • Solid banking functional knowledge, data analysis and SQL skills
  • Familiar with all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through design, development and deployment
  • Proactive and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
