Business Planning and Support contributes to the business strategy development and execution, including planning and support for Distribution and Treasures, to achieve business goals.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders (i.e. Distribution and Treasures Management, Support Units, and Vendors) to achieve Distribution and Treasures Strategy and business objectives.
  • Delivery of network related projects within schedule, scope and cost.
  • Coordinate the operational functions for Distribution and Treasures, including process, people, system and business administration.
  • Adopt sound and logical methodologies in data analytics to support Distribution and Treasures Strategy (i.e. operational resource, capacity to serve).
  • Produce quality and accurate analytics and provide recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and strive to streamline processes for better efficiencies.
  • Preparation of Business Case to the senior management on key business decisions.
  • Ensure structured and complete documentation of all tasks.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and critical tasks as assigned.
  • Degree with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced and high-productivity environment.
  • Team player and able to build relationships with other business stakeholders.
  • Business acumen and analytical ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently in project execution.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Products (i.e. Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio).
  • Experience in branch operations, or project management preferred but not compulsory.
  • Knowledge of Excel macros/ Visual Basic will be an added advantage.
