Job Description
  • Develop relationships with Developers, Architects, Consultants and Facility to help identify & track projects.
  • Ensure that the company's product and services are specified prior to tenders related to Building Services.
  • Attend Client meetings and industry events, delivering sales presentations.
  • Put together quotes and proposals plus price negotiation and closing of tenders.
  • Able to lead activities to achieve customer approvals and qualifications, develop and promote value propositions to get products and services specified.
  • Respond to RFIs and RFQs from the client, main contractors, architects and engineering consultancies.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts including pricing and terms & conditions.
  • Work with different Business Units to achieve better synergy and marker information.

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in building servicing or related industries such as Facilities Management, Contracting or Consultancy.
  • Candidates with working experience in facility management in Pharmaceutical, Semi-conductor, Petro Chemicals or relevant industry will be considered.
  • Team player, target driven and able to work independently.
  • Able to handle tight schedule activities.
