Luxury retail brand Good perks APAC role A luxury retail brand is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join their HR team. You will drive all aspects of sales incentive compensation for the POS employees located in APAC. You will design the Sales Incentive Plan programs, and analyse and report the results. This role is also responsible for all sales motivation programs. You analyse market data on an international basis to ensure competitiveness of incentive program. This role will work closely with the other compensation team members providing analytical and operational support. This role will also provide strategic compensation analytics support and assistance for both POS and non-POS Compensation. You will work closely with the C&B team regionally and globally. You have at least 7 years’ of relevant experience working with sales compensation or sales operations, in a retail sales organization. Experience in Compensation and Data Analytics preferred. Strong knowledge of sales compensation programs and trends in sales compensation and motivation. You must have experience in sales compensation processes, systems and metrics. You should also have a proven track record of consistently designing, launching, executing, and measuring the success of effective sales compensation/motivation programs that can be operated efficiently. You are able to multi-task and is a good team player. You should be meticulous and be able to work well with numbers and data. Experience in Microsoft office is a must. Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
