Ability to understand data model and identify relationships between data objects for Client Onboarding
Prepare data by acquiring data from multiple sources and transform/enhance/clean the data
Analyze data to identify data quality issues and translate and articulate the findings into documentation with recommendation or action required.
Ability to understand and map the lifecycle of the data and the business process that is associated with it
Perform data entry for the remediation of data to improve the quality of existing data and ensure the integrity of the data is aligned with Client Documents
Ability to implement validations at various level of the data structure to maintain data integrity.
Understanding how data is captured from the documentation
Ability to analyze via reverse engineering the systems for data entry and data maintenance
Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Management or other equivalent qualifications.
Minimum 5 years of relevant project or working experience as a Data Analyst with knowledge of Private Banking industry and Client Onboarding operations
Proven experience working with databases, knowledge of end-user tools like MS Access or MySQL
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques
Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (ETL frameworks), Visual Basic and python scripting ability
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Adept at database queries, articulating and presenting findings
Adaptable to changing work processes with excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to work independently and propose solutions

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
