Plan for manpower development.
Plan and monitor career development for each IT staff.
Responsible for staff recruitment, appraisal and training.
Document data standards, requirement specifications, and business processes.
Key Performance Indicators
Manage Data Governance including dissemination of information and security aligning with the FWD SG Growth strategies revolving around Customer centric services strategy.
Build Customer centric services strategy (enable "Single Customer View" and "Customer Data Warehouse and Analytic").
Build the data integration platform integrating different sources of data into an Enterprise Data Lake.
Build data model with different subject areas incorporating different sources.
Extract, manipulate and analyse large data sets from data warehouses and drawing relevant conclusions using R / Python / Tableau.
Should be able to work with the actuarial team to build models for data insights which will aid the business.

This position needs to:
Manage system vendors.
Communicate to end-user departments from various supporting countries.
Interacting with internal stakeholders like Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Actuarial, Claims, etc.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
