Responsibilities
  • Lead the Digital product roadmap, work with country products, legal & compliance and Operation on Digital offering.
  • Align with Regional Digital strategy and product plan.
  • Lead the Digital release plan with Regional Digital. Work with Regional Product delivery team and Design & User Experience on User Story / BRD.
  • Understand customer and merchant end-to-end needs across channels and devices
  • Define customer, business and market requirements and to translate them into actionable milestones and measurable goals.
  • Drive delivery of product development through Technology
  • Develop and implement go-to-market plan and execute together with relevant teams.


Functional experience
  • 3 to 5 years of online / mobile payments and cards product management
  • Industry experience in payments, telecom, banking or technology industry
  • Experience in working cross-functionally and across regions in large organizations to deliver product functionality
  • Experience in digital channel management, gathering business requirement, managing channels projects and initiatives
  • Strong customer orientation, passionate about delivering amazing user experience
  • Fluency in Agile / Scrum development. Agile certification (CPO, Scrum Master) is advantageous.


Technical experience
  • Working knowledge of online/mobile applications and technologies from product management perspective
  • Understanding of and experience with emerging payment technology, such as tokenization, cloud-based payments, NFC, etc.
  • Appreciation in security, risk management & regulatory frameworks governing technology use in financial services and payments a plus
