The Teaching & Learning Centre (TLC) promotes excellence in teaching through the support and implementation of educational initiatives and innovative pedagogies. It supports the learning needs of SUSS's students by training the faculty to equip them for their teaching roles, and providing online modules and talks that support our students’ in their learning. The department further strengthens ties with associate faculty to foster an academic community.
As part of the TLC team, the successful candidate is expected to support the Centre’s activities including the following:
Design and create digital educational resources and experiences in SUSS’s LMS or third-party authoring tool, including, but not limited to Online or blended courses, Interactive and adaptable teaching materials, Forums and online communities.
Guide teaching staff in the integration of digital technologies into learning experiences for students.
Curate, evaluate and propose appropriate digital-enabled solutions for effective learning.
Train and supervise users on technology use.
Design and develop training materials on technology use.
Contribute to course design and development projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Master in Educational Technology/Instructional Design for Pedagogy and/or related disciplines.
At least 3 years of working experience in similar capacity, preferably for institutes of higher learning of higher learning, or similar work environment.
A recognised degree with at least 5 years of working experience in a related field.
A good understanding of pedagogical principles as it relates to tertiary education.
Familiar with tools for course design and development.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Meticulous, organized and resourceful.
Able to work independently and take initiative.
Demonstrated project leadership and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
