Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (HR Business Partnering), you will:
  • Support the business to proactively identify and address issues to achieve business goals
  • Work closely with HR shared services team and functional specialists to provide full cycle business support
  • Take a hands-on and communicative approach in managing the people element of the business strategy
  • Have the opportunity to champion projects that advance the Company’s people strategy
  • Support or drive ad-hoc projects assigned by immediate Manager or Head of Department
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:
  • Degree holder with at least 3 years of proven experience in a similar capacity
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, meticulous and able to integrate relevant information to develop solutions and solve issues
  • Strong team-player with ability to work independently with strong follow-through
  • Sound knowledge of the employment law with experience in supporting staff of various levels
  • Working knowledge of Workday will be an advantage
  • IHRP Certification is preferred
