Job Description
  • Identify, qualify, recruit and enable Indirect/Channels partners to sell the full suite of Fuji Xerox Singapore products and solutions
  • Achieve channel sell through targets within specified schedules
  • Constantly communicate with and leverage multiple channel partners, to drive sales
  • Implement sell through programs, solicit feedback pertaining to the effectiveness of programs, and modify programs terms as required
  • Address internal and external issues that impact channel sales
  • Provide forecast and regular sales updates
  • Analyze the condition of channels and target market, and provide performance reports
  • Place partners on remedial action plan as needed, and replace poorer performing partners with stronger, qualified prospects
  • Proven experience in channel sales, either as a vendor or channel partner
  • Background in Indirect/Channels sales in the Information Technology sector
  • Possess high energy levels, is positive, proactive, articulate and engaging
  • Excellent persuasion, selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
  • Good eye for detail and meticulous follow-up ability to track sales progress
  • Relationship management skills and receptive to feedback
  • Ability to work effectively alone and in a team
  • Ability to travel within Singapore with, preferably with own mode of transport
  • Effective verbal communicator in English and one other language
