Have you got business development and partnerships experience and a passion for pairing technology with retail?

A leading retail organisation is looking for bright and driven individual to assist them with growing their digital loyalty program. You will be responsible for liaising and developing relationships with a target list of customers, coordinating briefings and training sessions, onboarding them, and planning and executing sales and marketing strategies. You will be involved in the daily sales operations and campaigns, and provide support and advice to ensure a seamless adoption of these digital solutions.

You will also be working closely with the marketing team on sales and marketing strategies, campaigns and deals to enhance and promote the membership adoption.

  • Degree in Business, Sales and Marketing or a related field
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in a business development, strategic partnerships role
  • A self-starter who is customer focused, motivated and able to work well under pressure and navigate ambiguous situations
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Creative, able to think strategically and execute multiple projects under tight time lines
  • Passionate about the ecommerce, tech, loyalty and retail industry
