Job Description

Job Description
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver public education in the community to support clients, caregivers and families.
  • Conduct assessments, counselling and therapeutic sessions for individuals and groups.
  • Develop individualised care plans and case management protocols for all service users.
  • Coordinate the communication and engagement platform for all stakeholders involved.
  • Manage and liaise with programme managers, programme coordinators and volunteers to ensure delivery of programmes and services.
  • Assist department heads to consolidate, evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of the implemented programmes.
  • Support the department/division in all related activities to meet the divisional objectives of CMH.
  • Participate in committees, workgroups and any relevant meetings, if required.
  • Participate in all other programmes/projects assigned.


Job Requirements
  • Good basic degree in Counselling, Psychology or Social Work. For other basic degree holders, Certification or Diploma in Counselling is required.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the healthcare or community sectors preferred
  • Strong organisation, analytical and writing skills
  • Ability to multitask, meticulous, proactive, independent and resourceful
  • Proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player who is able to work well with groups from diverse backgrounds/ disciplines
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint
