Job Description
  • Encompasses all overall management and operations of Commercial Activities and Contracts including the development and implementation of Business Plans and Strategies, Communications, publicity and statutory, and legal requirements.
  • Responsible to execute and initiate relevant marketing and promotional strategies towards securing new and potential business to the company

  • Identifying, evaluating and implementing all business proposals and prepare management papers for approvals
  • Monitor all commercial activities at the airport and ensure that they are in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Developing Business Plan and Strategies in tandem with airports under the area of coverage
  • Maximise and optimize commercial area for maximum return
  • Disseminate new policies and procedures, and ensure its compliance
  • Maintain close liaison with Credit and System and Legal Division on all issues of teh statutory and legal requirements
  • Assist in legal actions or the company pertaining to commercial activities and liaise with legal division on contract formulation and enforcement

Key Challenges
  • Maintaining full compliances and ensuring enforceability of contracts at all times due to different anniversary of contracts
  • Maintain full force to the works and capable to enhance and handle tasks within the stipulated time given

Working Relationship

WHO – Managers, Executives
PURPOSE – In order to ensure smooth flow of the Contact Management Unit ie. Maintaining 100% compliances and ensuring enforceability of the contracts at all times & ensure tenants deliver what is agreed in the agreement.

WHO – Internal Division within Company
FROM – Operations/AFRS/ AVSEC
PURPOSE – Liaison or coordinator between Tenants and other internal parties within MASB

WHO – All Tenants
FROM – Tenants from various companies
PURPOSE – Ensure smooth flow of contracts/issues/informations/non compliances/operational matters etc.

Relevant Industries
  • Degree with CGPA > 3.0 and minimum 5 year relevant experience.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal/ Law or equivalent
  • Master Degree would be an added advantage
