Partner external and internal stakeholders to design the new schemes and formulate new processes to enable seamless scheme application and establish robust governance framework to strengthen accountability for the payment
Work with IT teams to develop a new IT system to administer new and existing schemes
Conduct testing to ensure that the new IT system meets business requirements
Manage data migration from existing systems to the new IT system
Assist in data tracking, mining, collation and analysis of trends especially exceptions and anomalies and translatefindings into meaningful, actionable insights
Degree in any discipline, preferably with some specialisation in statistics and quantitative analysis with at least5 years of relevant experience in process planning, IT system development and data analysis work
Possess strong project management and organisational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently and independently
Strong ability to handle ambiguity and high work pressure in a fast pace work environment
Able to demonstrate understanding of lean management (e.g. Lean Principles and 6 Sigma) and implement effective and streamlined processes
Proficient in usage of workflow and office productivity suite software (e.g. Microsoft Office and Visio)
Possess good written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
