Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Executive, Security, you will be responsible for managing physical security operations, defining security procedures, handling DC security incidents, working with security system, participating in construction projects and to drive day-to-day process improvement activities.
  • Manage the on-site operational physical security of all data centres including but not limited to access control systems, CCTV systems and process, guard force management, security vendor management, risk assessment & management, security metrics reporting, security audits and incident reporting.
  • Implement, manage and continuously enhance the Visitor Management System (VMS) to increase system usability & availability for all data centres , adhering to PDPA / GDPR / equivalent standard.
  • Drive projects pertaining to standardisation, implementation and enhancement of security infrastructure for all data centres
  • Partner the Process Architect in implementing  security and compliance policies to ensure   security requirements are adhered to 
  • Perform internal security audits and support the Certification Team and the Compliance Team on security matters pertaining for external audits
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree / Diploma in any relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
