Senior Finance Manager
Job Description :

  • Candidates who are familiar with insurance / group businesses will have an added advantage as the company moves forward as a new platform. The company needs a Manager to help the FC by assisting the company on an operational matters. This includes assisting the FC with strategic finance initiatives can be applied to all aspects of the business. The Manager will also be required to come up with recommendations that allows the company to maximize the return.
  • Other job responsibilities include some planning and formulating Accounting & Finance strategies, and counter proposing solutions according to industry benchmark for business operations. The Manager must also be able to develop people capability and plan the succession.
  • The team is young and dynamic, and is all about creative ideas and breakthrough. The client want a Manager who is able to thrive in this open environment, where there are no bad ideas and everyone speaks their mind.

Professional / Academic Qualifications:
  • University degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Strong command of the English language in both oral and written communications.
  • Having knowledge in the Insurance industry would be an added advantage.

Work Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years Finance and Accounting experience ,preferably have helped an organisation in Change Management and Business Transformation initiatives
  • Have reviewed Finance, business and regional structure to support various business nature.
  • Experienced in working directly with senior leadership within the organization.

Job Accountability:
  • Able to work independently and take ownership and drive projects forward.
  • Works collaboratively and proactively and contributes new ideas.
  • An encouraging leader with excellent people management skills.
  • Anticipates and independently resolve issues.
  • Willing to travel extensively within the Southeast Asia region.
