Our client is an established global brand name in the healthcare services field with a variety of medical institutions and services. As a result of growing business needs and an evolving service range, there is a requirement for a Senior Financial Analyst to support the organization.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial analysis, budgeting and management reporting for the purposes of providing finance decision support for the business. As this is a HQ role with a global coverage, you will be working closely with the senior finance leaders internationally and interacting with global business heads based in the Singapore office. You will also be preparing presentations for management, overseeing performance management and spearheading the development of analytical and reporting tools to drive business efficiencies.
The successful candidate should have a relevant accounting degree, CA qualified and with a minimum of 3 – 5 years of finance / accounting experience, ideally gained in a regional financial analysis role. Prior experience in dealing with senior level stakeholders across the region will be highly valued. The successful individual should have good attention to detail, a highly analytical mindset and the EQ to work with stakeholders across all levels.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
