As a Senior HR Executive, you will support both HR Business Partnering, as well as Organizational Development for Keppel Infrastructure Holdings. You will have the opportunity to be exposed to the following areas: HR Business Partnering
Support the business to proactively identify and address issues to achieve business goals
Work closely with HR shared service team and functional experts to provide full cycle business support
Take a hands-on and communicative approach in managing the people element of the business strategy
Have the opportunity to champion projects that advance the Companys people strategy
Drive the Employee Engagement Survey and work closely with stakeholders on the implementation of follow up actions to improve employee engagement
Manage all internal communications to employees
Plan for staff engagement sessions such as dialogues, town hall sessions and other initiatives
Plan and support the Corporate Social Responsibility programme for Keppel Infrastructure
Support initiatives to strengthen the organizational culture built upon Keppel Infrastructures core values
Support the review and implementation of work-life effectiveness programmes
Degree holder with at least 3 years of proven experience in a similar capacity
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Meticulous and able to integrate relevant information to develop solutions and solve issues
Strong team-player with a proactive attitude
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
