Job Description
  • Support HR Strategy Framework, work with institutions to ensure alignment with HR Strategy
  • Involve in the continuing development, implementation and improvement of the processes, structures, capabilities and capacity needed to deliver agreed plans and targets
  • Work with internal stakeholders to promote and embed a high performance, team-oriented culture though the design and delivery of high quality OD and change management strategies and interventions
  • Collect and analyse data to provide fact-based recommendations and measure progress on the impact of OD interventions to ensure effectiveness
  • Provide thought leadership on OD issues

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Organization Development, or any related field
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in OD field
  • Good knowledge of OD best practices, tools and competencies framework
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
