Job Description
Responsibilities & Skills -
  • Handle full spectrum of HR, except payroll
  • Design, develop, implement and review HR and Admin Policies & Procedures
  • Plan, direct, coordinate and review the work plans and system for HR & Admin Department
  • Ensure HR Policies comply with current Employment Act and government regulations
  • Develop and administer department budget and monitor expenditures
  • Design, formulate and manage staff appraisal system & setting of KPIs
  • Responsible for overall manpower planning and recruitment of employees
  • Responsible for all staff payroll administration function such as tax returns, CPF contributions, etc
  • Identify training needs of employees, develop and manage employee training program and recommend improvement in program structure and activities
  • Administer welfare matters and organizing staff activities
  • Conduct employees counseling, handling employee grievances and disciplinary problems
  • Oversee the collation/update of Standard Operating Procedures, Job Description, Employee Handbook & ISO matters

  • Provide secretarial support to MD
  • Responsible for all office equipment maintenance contracts & insurance policies
  • Control & purchase of office stationery supplies
  • All administrative matters
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director from time to time
