Job Description :

Our client, a growing insurer, is looking for a Senior Manager to join the agency training team.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement agency training and development strategies
  • Provide suitable learning and development solutions for agency leaders to enhance their performance in areas including but not limited to recruitment, activity and productivity, customer management and development
  • Prepare management report and documentation on training effectiveness
  • Manage training budget, course development and program review


Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in business or training related disciplines
  • At least 5-8 years relevant experience in insurance business, and preferably at least 1-2 years’ experience in agency leadership training
  • In-depth knowledge of agency business development and operations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, assertive, innovative with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good written and spoken Chinese is required, fluent in Mandarin is preferable
