Job Description :

  • 5 days/Town/Regional
Our client is one of the established Technology MNCs with a strong CSR presence
Responsibilities:
  • Manage, lead and provide guidance to the team members to achieve team goals and sales targets in terms of revenue, profit and quantity
  • Plan and develop the annual budget
  • Develop and execute the business strategies and initiatives to achieve the planned budget
  • Identify areas for business improvements continuously
  • Conduct detailed analysis on the surrounding business environment (market/customer, competitors, internal)
  • Review financial results and sales programs in a periodical basis, i.e. Monthly
  • Review pricing structure and support programs to maintain market competitiveness
  • Responsible to develop and support the channel partners to achieve the sales targets
  • Provide updates related to products, sales strategies and market trends to channel partners
  • Discuss, negotiate and implement sales programs with channel partners

Requirements
  • Diploma / Bachelor in Business Administration related qualifications
  • Has at least 5-7 years Sales/Marketing experience in Office Automation (Printing/Document Solution) and/or IT industries
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading a team
  • Strong background in Distributor/Dealer Channel sales
  • Experience in regional sales and sales management to Asian markets preferred
