Senior Manager - Investment (Investment)

Job Description
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
  • Lead; actively involved and support OVD GM; SGM Planning or Company senior management on finding funding solution(s) for investments/expansion purposes such as structuring of Brown or Greenfield airport investments; IPOs; setting or managing airport investment funds; or providing advice on investments strategy which involved investing companies structure; equity participation and contribution; debt and/or SPV structure which will benefit Company in terms of taxation or profitability; from time to time.
  • Play a key role in driving negotiations in legal arrangements.
  • Undertake a role/position in asset management; investment advisory or investment structuring/marketing.
  • Lead and monitor project appraisal / feasibility / due diligence exercise of new investment; merger and acquisition; divestitures.
  • Lead and undertake active role in the monitoring; liaising with external financial and legal advisors or other equity partner on the investments.
  • Monitor financing / refinancing exercise on the existing and new company investment.
  • Monitor proposal including project financial model; reports and statistics / forecast and other necessary information relates to projects for top management update.
  • Review and advise General Manager; Senior General Manager and senior management on strategic options that define the desirable corporate aims to improve the future strategic position and organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and manage the administration and monitoring of all existing investments of Company.
  • Monitor and ensure all investment projects (local and international) are complying with all regulatory requirements.
  • Advice and provide guidance to senior management and other department in investment issues.
  • Monitor division yearly budget and expenditure.
