Responsible for the setup of administration/operations system and processes in the community mental health division including funding allocation, division budget and finance management to ensure resources and budget are utilized appropriately
Capture the learning and identify relevant resources for future reference and resource planning in community mental health
Organize and manage events or activities to support the Division and community mental health partners key strategic initiatives
Maintain good working relationships within AIC to follow up closely on meetings, administrative and planning functions
Maintain good working relationships with external stakeholders Eg. government agencies, community organizations, professional bodies, healthcare institutions, ILTC providers and VWOs to follow up closely on engagement plans and meetings
Job Requirements
Basic degree in any discipline
At least 5 years’ experience in the healthcare or community sectors, preferred
Proactive, dependable team player and can work independently

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
