To lead and manage the Office Administration section, responsible for office lease management, office fit-out, maintenance and general administration support
Forecast annual budget requirements, manage expenditures and vet through all approval submissions to ensure quality submission
Owns the office lease management process including providing inputs to requests for lease commencement / renewal / termination, lease negotiations, management approvals and other lease related administrations
Manage vendors and suppliers to ensure that their delivery of goods and services are in accordance to the contract service level agreements
Maintain an office document registry system to store, archive and maintain documents
Provide strong leadership to Office Administration team, to lead by example
Review, streamline and improve work flows and processes for greater efficiency
Strategic level to identify issues that require a framework to standardize policies across theall the organisation including satellite offices
Basic degree in any discipline
15 years of relevant working experience, with at least 5 years’ experience in office administration support
Has assumed supervisory position and led a team for at least 8 years
Experience in lease sourcing and negotiations
Good knowledge of office administration for an equivalent d company
Team builder, effective leader, meticulous and attention to details, results driven, good interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills both verbally and in written form.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
