Job Description
  • 8 years of Finance Business Partner/FP&A related expertise 
  • Retail and online industry exposure is required 
  • Experience in leading a Financial business initiative and work with teams incl strategy planning, partner management and implementing programs on a regional basis 
  • Strong commercial and business analysis experience 


For this role, you are reporting into the Regional Finance and sitting with the business. The role will be handling:

Overall finance support including both control and advisory to the responsible business 
  • All finance- related matters for the business e.g. budgeting, rolling forecast, financial reporting, management accounts, financial analysis, business analysis, financial modelling 
  • Financial support on business decision-making, and well-rounded financial advice and solution to the business requirements 
  • Business operation controls e.g. PR/Contract review and approval, risk analysis and management, process setup and continuous optimization, and support on new business proposals or explorations 
  • Liaison with other finance functions such as tax, treasury and procurement for any related issues of the business as needed 


The successful candidate should:
  • Be degree qualified with 8 years of Finance Business Partner/FP&A related expertise 
  • Retail and online industry exposure is required 
  • Experience in leading a Financial business initiative and work with cross-functional teams incl strategy planning, partner management and implementing programs on a regional basis 
  • Hands-on despite being experienced (this role will not manage staff) 
  • Commercially savvy and has experience supporting the business in deep drive, strategic and financial analysis 
  • Previous experience in rewards program/retail industry preferred but this is not a must 
  • Strong and quick learner and strong analytical skills and business acumen 
  • Strong communication skills and proficient in English and preferably in another Asia language 
  • Able to travel regionally (about 10%)
