My client is a world leader in the medical device space and now seek an experienced Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities: Monitor and improve goals and metrics established for company and area of responsibility Assume responsibility to provide project management expertise in a cross-functional project team by partnering with the team members in project planning, execution, and monitoring. Oversee and manage the operational aspects of assigned projects, work with Team members to create and maintain a project management framework Maintain and analyse project schedule and prepare regular status reports for the implementation team Track project risks, opportunities and issues in order to develop resolutions to meet quality and timeline goals Mentor and coach new hired project engineers, production personnel and other engineers in project management ability to ensure smooth and effective on boarding training Lead main projects which include product/technology transfer, ECO implementation, CAPA/process improvement and cost reduction based project Act as the Project implementation leader and provide PMO role support in new product transfer and process development activities Ensure all manufacturing and production is in accordance to regulations (ISO13485, FDA, cGMP, OSHA) Work with the Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to apply principles, concepts and tools for capacity projects and Lean Sigma initiatives.
