My client is a world leader in the biopharma industry and now seek an experienced Manufacturing Associate to be responsible for development, configuration and testing of Master Batch Records (MBRs) from initial to final design Responsibilities: Assume responsibility for the development, configuration and testing of Master Batch Records from the initial stage to the final design. Initiate and lead MBR development design reviews and liaise with Operations, Process Development and Quality Assurance Draft, execute and review Application Lifecycle Management test scripts and test sets for testing MBR design Act as the lead for any equipment integration design, configuration and testing to allow MBR interaction with shop floor equipment Resolve interface errors and stock discrepancies between ERP/MES and provide technical support Track and document the transformation of raw materials to finished goods Implement, assign, lead or participate in projects Communicating issues and promptly escalating issues that may jeopardize manufacturing deliverables. Manage multiple assignments and processes and develop thorough, practical and consistent solutions Assist with Corporate, FDA Auditors and other regulatory bodies Ensure that proper processes and policies in relation to GMP manufacturing and EHS are adhered to Train Electronic Batch Record (EBR) end-users (Supervisors, Operators, Technical/QA/Support staff) Requirements: Advanced Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or equivalent with at least 5 – 10 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment Experience of working in bulk manufacturing operations Broad technical experience in Manufacturing Execution systems (MES) - Working knowledge of FDA, GMP and EHS regulations Demonstrated competency in leading teams to deliver Master Batch Records (MBR) designs in time with project timelines Prior experience with handling diverse scope of issues that require evaluation of a variety of factors Please send your resume in WORD format by clicking the apply button below or contact Abhik Damani on +65 6701 1527 for a confidential discussion.
