Job Purpose:
key role in the Singapore Sales and Marketing engine, leading a team to formulate office product and solutions to achieve the business targets across revenue, profitability, and market share.
You will be responsible for owning the go-to-market strategies which includes product strategies, sales enablement, aligning with sales strategies and understanding the competitive landscape. 

  • Plan, develop and coordinate the marketing effort for the product portfolio during all stages of product life cycle (launch to end of service)
  • Develop product strategies and implement business plans based on strong understanding of competitive and market landscape
  • Design pricing strategies, promotions, and tactical programs to drive for revenue across direct and channel avenues
  • Identify and formulate appropriate product positioning, messaging, value proposition and differentiation for product portfolio
  • Work with our strategic partners, third parties and regional marketing teams to drive compelling go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to strengthen the product position in existing and new markets
  • Provide fair, timely and effective deal support for qualified support requests eg. pricing support, positioning for customer engagement
  • Cross collaborations with business unit stakeholders to implement and operationalize business initiatives and activities
  • Conduct training and facilitate knowledge transfer to the sales force
  • Minimum 5 years of  Experience in Product Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing and executing Marketing Programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good people management skills with at least 5 years of experience in managing teams
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching products
  • Strong project management skills and proven ability to influence and drive multiple stakeholders and departments
  • Good people management and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, results driven with a high level of initiative and sense of urgency
  • Excellent Ms. PowerPoint and Excel skills
