Process corporate customer loan applications such as Banker’s Guarantees, Trade Facilities, Forex Exchange Lines, Overdraft Facilities, Commercial, HDB Shops & Industrial Property Loans (CHIPS) and Equipment/ Vehicle Financing (HP), Corporate Credit Cards, LEFs Micro Loan and Business Loan;
Read, analyze and interpret a variety of documents such as policies and procedures;
Check for completeness of submission of information and documents;
Perform data entry and perform financial statements spreading in Credit System for Credit’s Evaluation;
Liaise and follow-up with Relationship Managers/ branch personnel on outstanding loan documentation/ information;
Attend to enquiries, handle requests for exceptional loan processing and conduct investigation;
Work together with team members towards meeting standard set in Service Level Agreement;
Participate and support work improvement processes, including User Acceptance Testing.
Minimum GCE ‘A" Level/ Diploma holder, with at least 1 to 3 years of operational experience in corporate banking back office (loans and/ or account services);
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Access;
Self-motivated, high attention to details and accuracy;
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests to meet timelines;
Effective verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to work independently and collectively within a team environment;
Knowledge of basic accounting or experience in spreading financial statements preferred.
