Senior Operations Manager

So what does a Senior Operations Manager really do? Think of yourself as someone who will oversee and direct the activities of a number of campaigns along with all Operations Managers, Team Leaders and Staff assigned to his campaigns, so not everyone can qualify for this role. We make sure we get the best of the best, after all, we are a ridiculously good company so we make sure our employees are top notch. Now we need your full concentration because its time to imagine what its like being a Senior Operations Manager.

Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: that you will be responsible for operations. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: being the responsible one includes to monitoring staffing, providing temporary coverage, and training.

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a wide spectrum of responsibilities and must beable to multitask with ease and proficiency. You will also responsible for regular and often daily interactions with all the company departments/ campaign team leaders and the whole management team. You will also maintain open line of communication between staff and senior management. You will also manages and staffs the operations assigned. You will also be responsible for all aspects of operations which include but not limited to monitoring operations staffing, provide temporary coverage and training; provision of excellent clientele service, problem resolution and the like. What else? Well, youll also need to develop individual and team goals as well as to implement plans in order to carry out the objectives. As a leader, you will guide your operations managers whenever you need to meet all team and individual goals. Aside from this, you must think of yourself as as a cop -- in a way that you must ensure that every is in compliance with all established policies and procedures. Think also of yourself as a sidekick in a way that youll assist the Operations Director whenever they craft operation procedures.

So, do you have what it takes to become a Senior Operations Manager?

Requirements:

So what is it were looking for? Since this is a manager post, we need someone with experience to even call themselves as one -- so if youre someone with at least 3 years of working experience in the related field (but if its a Senior Manager/Director specializing in BPO operations and Management or equivalent -- even better!) If youre someone who has a Bachelors Degree (have a postgraduate diploma? Masters degree? Professional license? In any field -- then thats a plus but not required!).

We need someone with strong computer skills especially in using Microsoft and Google applications. If you have handled at least 600 FTEs and have a good track record of meeting targets. We also need someone with excellent verbal and written communication.

Were also need someone with the ability to multitask, can work in a fast paced environment, has the ability to build productive business relationships with clients. Since this is a manager post, having strong organizational, analytical and managerial skills is a must. Aside from this, you must also possess a professional, courteous, and resilient attitude.
