Senior Payment Analyst - Up to 9K Salary / 6 months contract

Job Description
  • Review all contractual obligations and commitments for each of the incentive contracts
  • Develop analysis tool to monitor contract performance and prepare required quarterly reporting
  • Calculate current and future contractual commitments
  • Complete new contract package for the Accounting Group, including all appropriate documentation and contract forms
  • Monitor and analyze contingent contractual obligations include research and data analysis across multiple data source systems and communicate outcome to stakeholders including recording of necessary accounting journals and completion of quarterly contract compliance reporting
  • Provide monthly amortization entries to accounting for recording incentive payouts
  • Ensure compliance with appropriate accounting policies and processes
  • Analyze and evaluate new deals for appropriate accounting treatment
  • Provide timely reporting to External Reporting and Internal Accounting Groups
  • Communicate effectively with external and internal customers


The successful candidate will have experience and demonstrated success in the following core competencies:

  • Strong accounting, analytical/analysis and forecasting skills
  • Excellent business ethics
  • Strong systems knowledge (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Oracle, etc)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to lead, influence others and set direction

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
  • Chartered Accountant, CPA or advanced degree is desired
  • 6 years of relevant working experience
  • The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others to implement and assess the operational impact of changes to processes/procedures.
