Senior Perfumer – Scent/Perfumery/Cosmetics - International Specialty Chemicals- Pioneer for a new COE- Team Lead Role- Regional Customer needs- SEA/Middle East I am currently working on an exclusive mandate a leading International Specialty Fragrance Business to help them identify a suitable candidate for a Senior Perfumer position based in Singapore. This role will be reporting to the Vice President of Global Innovation and will be leading a team of perfumers to develop fragrances for customers in Liquid applications. Creation & Development.- Able to create winning commercial fragrances- Creation of new fragrances and reformulation of fragrances with priority focus on liquid product categories- Development of fragrance bank.- Creating cost effective versions for different applications.- Evaluate fragrances hedonic, strength and retention- Direct customer contacts to support commercial teams. Raw material development and portfolio management- Scrutinizing internal and external aroma chemicals, from within and different suppliers for their quality and application in fragrances.- Deciding the raw materials for fragrance formulations. Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
