We are looking for a Senior PMO Analyst who will be working within the bank's digital team program management office (PMO).

The Role: The Program PMO will ensure that right supporting policies/processes, culture and systems are built to enable the platforms. He is accountable to the program lead and will be responsible in ensuring that the overall program (including sub-program work-streams and initiatives) is managed to timelines and priorities as well as risk, dependencies and critical-path items are managed and resolved.

The individual is expected to work collaboratively with and through the team to transform the organization from current state to a sustainable future platform operating model and achieve desired business outcomes.

The role will support the overall objective and stakeholder engagement of the bank.

  • Support and manage program governance and deliverable.
  • Identify and track Program dependencies as well as potential issues/risks
  • Schedule and conduct project stand-up meetings to review status of tasks and to identify/resolve issues
  • Work independently to engage stakeholders to define individual work-stream plan and tie it back with the overall program objectives where needed.
  • Articulate and track action plans from discussions, communicate to stakeholders and leads the execution within scope, on schedule, and within budget
  • Establish working protocol with each functional team, do timely follow up, define templates to gather relevant data, articulate, market the vision for Program Genesis across all stakeholders.
  • Focused on outcomes to move the program forward and adept at managing diverse relationships across geography and culture.
  • Supporting the Agile portfolio management processes and artefacts maintenance
  • Assist the program lead to prepare briefings for the Steering Committee, Champions Council, and Group CEO and other governance forums
  • Preparation of program meeting materials and assistance with minute taking during meetings
  • Coordinating the gathering and analysis of key performance metrics in support of the program
  • Other assignments in support of the program's management

  • 5 -10 years' PMO/project management experience in Financial Services industry, preferably in Banking. Knowledge and understanding of banking practices with 2-3 years relevant experience in IT Program and Financial Management.
  • Graduate degree preferably in an IT or Finance related discipline
  • Experience as scrum master, Agile PM certification is a distinct advantage
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills required, along with excellent written, communication in English, and presentation skills.
  • Program management skills in terms of schedule, dependency and risk management
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment whilst being a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to attend to details while keeping the big picture goals in mind, manage multiple tasks readily, effectively and within the tight deadlines.
  • Must be analytical, solution oriented, and be able to propose and follow through both transformational and incremental change.
  • Prominently developed skills in the area of business process operations and business process improvement activities
  • Established record in managing multiple and competing priorities.
  • Trusted agent, acts with integrity.
  • Very proficient in Office 365, PowerPoint, Excel tools with "do the job attitude"
